Great running, bonners.
First Frostbite of the season at Priory Park, St. Neots was brilliant. I was only 10-20 seconds from a course personal best (set twelve years ago!!!).

Thanks DocM. To be honest the times are almost irrelevant, I'm in it for the fun and enjoyment. For the past few months I've got to the end of the races with a big smile on my face.

Some great running and racing going on, congratulations to one and all
I am ever hopeful that I have finally managed to get over those pesky injuries, with some running on the dreadmill, suplmented with some cycling in the gym with the occasional ride at the weekend, I completed a 42 mile sportive in around 2:53 yesterday the legs did feel a little wrecked in the last few miles, which made the last few inclines interesting.
3 laps of the Bught today first time out running in what felt ages, I am sure it was 15 degrees warmer last time out.
