I've met part of it in the distant past. I enjoyed it then, including a dip in the sea, as we descended with an inflatable Sevylor canoe, paddled through Durdle Door, and back to the beach. Noteable moment was a couple of lads in a dinghy asking us for a tow because we looked like we knew what we were doing!

Hi all, was supposed to be volunteering at Cardiff parkrun today, but it was cancelled. Was checking the FB page, but it was cancelled as we pulled into Tesco parkrun. (Rover had burst its banks and much of the first/last km was under water). We walked down to see if they needed help redirecting people, but they were okay so we went for a coffe instead.
Unfortunately my XC race this afternoon has not been cancelled
