Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just under 5 miles last night with the club. Back to our winter base. My chest light made its first appearance of the season!

Jaber there's a few cyclists like that by me - see them early hours of the morning - they've normally been on the Rob.

JK, nice agility there. When I run in the dark, I wear lightweight cycling lights tredz.co.uk which clip onto my waist band. Then I don't have to rely on cyclists having their own lights to see me. Cateye also produce a 5 LED version, Omni 5.

I went for another run in the dark (with my lights ;-) ) this morning. 11 miles at a planned HR and slow pace, but I had to keep slowing myself down because it felt comfortable so I was running a bit too quickly!
