Morning, lazy morning and rest day. Sat eating breakfast and watching the female sparrowhawk hunting her breakfast in the garden. Dull here. Chester weather looks good for weekend. Basically no wind which is all I care about.

Morning All! I'd be beside myself with excitement if we had a sparrowhawk in our garden, bonners - is it a usual, mundane thing for you? We mostly just seem to get blackbirds, robins and very fat pigeons.
6 miles done, dull and drizzly here too, Doc. May do a bit more this evening after pilates.

New Shoes!!!! Brooks Levitate II, excellent support for the wonky left foot & we have a new dryer - life knows no bounds!!!
Molly J is in Florida with her BF, Slightly jealous. Missing her quite a bit.

Yes, we do get regular sparrowhawks in the garden jabberknit, very useful for keeping the pigeon population in check.
In a strange coincidence I've seen a couple of red kites at work this morning.
Congrats at the new trainers Jono, you can't beat new trainers say.

We see loads of red kites round our way. Not sure if I'd recognise a sparrowhawk. Could do with our pigeon population being culled a bit.
