Morning all, did the Plas Menai to Caernarfon 5k race last night, first time I've had a break from the marathon training for a few weeks. Was quite shocked to dip under 20 minutes, with a 19:40something. Great race and made more fun by battling with a club mate the whole way ; she just beat me, went under 20 minutes for the first time and was first lady. Tired this morning, going for a few mile recovery jog, marathon training back to it on Friday.

Nice running, bonners! Hope the next lot of DocM-family results are pleasing - fingers crossed!

Bonjour, tout le monde!
Awkwardly-timed pilates this evening, possibly followed by a little run. My left hip is annoyingly still a little bit niggly, I may have to give it a stern talking-to.

Good news on the tomato front - one of our tomatoes is definitely developing a slight orangey tinge! We are thrilled - thank you 1500ers for the gardening advice handed out at our lunch last Sunday.

Results are pleasing.

Off to see my massage man later... Just for a coffee as he isn't working yet after his heart surgery
