Iā€™m not running today. We will be visiting my favourite restaurant for lunch.

May run tomorrow but then might just garden and cut the grass.

I parkrunned! A PW and I came last (well, penultimate ahead of the tailwalker of course), but I don't mind too much - it was mostly a brisk walk, but there was an actual bit of slow running every so often on the downhill bits, and it was a progression run. Foot doesn't feel too bad at the moment, either.

I am a bit happier then, though also still a bit down, as it's a bit depressing being overtaken by EVERYBODY on the course, but it's a start on the old comeback trail. Still, had to laugh with OH on the drive home as Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run came on!

Anyway, have a Textile thing to go to this afternoon, so that'll stop me brooding.

A vegetable bake for Vegetarian Saturday Tea.

Went to a friends 250th and jogged round with him. Was nice to be around some old friends, i was at his 1st parkrun as well.

I have however smacked my leg off the car door and am now in pain

Stupid twat doesn't really cover it.
