Black pudding. Food of the Gods Richard.

I've finished mentioned dish and it was absolutely scrummy.

Off to walk across Queensferry bridge this afternoon..

Hi Everyone. Sofa-slobbing at present, after the last summer league race this morning - an undulating 10 miler, organised by my own club, so I did a bit of car park marshalling first. Did better than I expected, but not as well as I'd hoped, possibly because of yesterday's Fetch mile effort, so the old JK body was feeling its full age today.

Weather was perfect for running, and it all went reasonably well, although there was some chaos towards the end as the finish is in a sports field, which apparently hosts a children's football training session on Sunday mornings. Parents were trying to drive into the field to drop their kids off while the runners were coming in, through the same quite narrow gateway. Alas, some people do have a quite unpleasant sense of entitlement.

Gammon, baked potatoes, veggies and onion sauce for tea, if I can get up the energy and enthusiasm to cook it.

I'm now on a tram.

Sounds an 'interesting' finish JK.

Well done JK on the mile yesterday and 10 miler today - shame about the impatient drivers at the finish.

Well done on the age category Pikelet! And well done Richard on what I'm sure would have been a challenging 20 mile race!

We ran our local 10K today. Very proud of Mr J, he got a PB and ran under 60 minutes for the first time (59:06) :-) Lots of our newer members ran PBs too which was lovely to see. I didn't get (nor would have expected to get), a PB, but ran my fastest time since 2006 :-)
