Good Morning Fetchlings

Everyone seems to be looking fine - Happy Birthday to Neilio, make it a week long celebration :-)

ran 7 miles this morning, up and around Bidston Hill - was minded to keep to a 9.30 pace but seemed to sail along - averaged 9.10.

I've always wanted to go to Warwick Castle Doc.

I've been to Essex a couple of times. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I've also run 7 miles. And I've lived in Essex. That's where I did my working as a clap clinic doctor...... no finer place for it !
