Top round up IanS, thanks!
Well done on your ultra debit Carolyn! Well done on your PB too Pikelet, fantastic running!
Think it's fair to say my run didn't go to plan today - didn't even get under 4 hours, did around 4.03. Was going well until around 21, then various niggles (not existing ones), plus a dodgy stomach, slowed me down, and made the last 3 miles very unpleasant.

Sorry to hear your race didn't go to plan JK, annoying that you forgot your watch.
Wobbler, I'm impressed you can get so many miles out of your shoes, mine fall apart long before then usually.

Nice round up Ian, GPS struck a cord as a map reading instructor, every day a school day And nice running everyone especially the racers(well done), been busy on a course so lots of miles to claw back but the heart is still red, at the moment.

Onwards and upwards jennyh. It takes some determination to carry on with niggles and stomach issues and plough on regardless to the finish x

I'm looking forward to that one Doc, 10K much more my sort of distance, and I really enjoyed the race last year.
