Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I enjoyed the run. Well, most of it anyway. The bit where I was running back up over Lime Kiln Hill and some twatmonster drove her Peugeot at me instead of around me wasn't fun. (If I have to raise my arm to avoid your wing mirror, you're too fucking close.)

No cars where I was so I had a pleasant 9 miles run, the dog owners even put their dogs on leads when they saw me coming :-). The run was spoilt a bit by it being hard work for a not fast pace ;-).

Always put my dogs on leads for runners or a very controlled sit and wait if I confident they will maintain the wait. Dogs must always be under control.

Sending hugs, Doc M. It's a tough job and I'm glad someone is willing to do it.

I ran 4 miles at easy HR this morning and was surprised by how fast I was moving. Who would have thought that this training stuff worked?;-)

Hi all. Jessie has left, very happy going off with the trainer and I saw the trainer and recipient chatting later on. I have a good feeling about them. My next pup is Kez who has already been here for 5 months ( which was when Jessie originally was going to go) While we were at the HQ we met up with Kez's mum and they had a lovely time together.

I shall be running tomorrow .... without a dog.
