Well done Tom, sounds like a thought.
Well done on the longest run of the year westmoors, and glad the ankle doesn't seem to be giving you any more trouble.
Rather poor race for me today - had never done it before, so was unaware that most of the course was very narrow, with a lot of it on paths where you had to run single file. There were some bits you could squeeze past, but the first 4km was really bad, and even in the latter stages along the canal towpath it was often difficult to overtake. On the plus side, Mr J beat his PB by over 3 minutes, and as his PB was on a flat course while this was undulating, he did incredibly well

18 miles today means that I'm am almost back on schedule after a poor January. 135 miles this month so far with one more run to come on Tuesday

20 miles in 2.50 happy with that didn't push it legs are a bit not used to go that far
