Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done Samuel! :-)that's a lovely photo of him Toks.

Well done Tom, sounds like a thought.

Well done on the longest run of the year westmoors, and glad the ankle doesn't seem to be giving you any more trouble.

Rather poor race for me today - had never done it before, so was unaware that most of the course was very narrow, with a lot of it on paths where you had to run single file. There were some bits you could squeeze past, but the first 4km was really bad, and even in the latter stages along the canal towpath it was often difficult to overtake. On the plus side, Mr J beat his PB by over 3 minutes, and as his PB was on a flat course while this was undulating, he did incredibly well :-)
