kstuart steady as she goes, glad your making progress.
Doc - EASY (and repeat)
nights again for me, 12 degrees out there, bit of mist on the hills, should be a mild night.
over the last 24hrs the left Achilles / foot has been fairly comfortable - no aching, but it does feel weak.
we'll see how it is at the end of November.

Lol i am missing them lakes oddly
I was getting fatter over the summer so i bike a fair bit now so whenever i actually get around to buying a decent new bike (i use a10+ year old £150 raleiigh MB currently) i may well ponder a means of loading it onto car as well then i can come to lake and pedal round or somewhere

I told one of my boys this would be the closest I would ever get to the moon..... he assured me I would still be alive the next time ( is it 2037 or something)
