morning all
no running for me again today
got a hearing dog volunteer recruitment session in Bedford library to attend once ive dropped daughter off to her lacrosse festival. not sure how busy Bedford library is on a saturday morning but me and the pooch intend to find out!!

Morning Doc, we are often in Bedford on a Saturday morning, rarely venture into town though.

Off to Arrow Valley parkrun for our Cowell & 200th run, feeling pretty rough and I have jackbooted men marching around in my head today so just a gentle jog for me. Bath half looks as if it's not going to happen for me unless I make a recovery today :-(
