Beautiful day here. Hope to be running tonight as conditions are perfect this morning. Of course it could be awful by this evening :-)

I like Saucony Omnis, too, my fave shoes.
LIttle 5 mile leg loosener done this morning, after yesterday's rest day. Will also go out with the club this evening. Noted a minor knee twinge, which I hope isn't going to develop into anything worse.

Have a lovely day, people!

Beautiful sunshine in the Northamptons. Unless my mood changes the run is still on.

Like Jono I often hate everyone and thing. But not dogs or cats.

I tend to veer wildly between the two extremes of loving and hating everyone/thing.

Wobbler, I'm fairly sure my dad preferred animals to people as a rule, sometimes I think his judgement was pretty sound.

Lovely day here in the 'Diff too. Think I need to change my rest days as they always seem to coincide with the sunny weather ☀️☀️

My dog, at a moments notice, is always ready to play and have fun. Her mood is very consistent and the mood is always a good one :-)

I quite often hate everyone - nearly everyone - never my kids or grandkids but everyone else at times.

Are those cars small or is your dog massive?
