I'm up. Prepared the beef and is in slow cooker. Porridge now and off to parkrun for set up duties before a much anticipated attempt at a fast run. No idea what I'm capable of as been so long since I raced 5k. About 21 minutes...

Anyway have a wonderful Christmas lovely people. I'm extremely excited about spending more time with the people I love. Can't overindulge this year with my stomach issues but is not important 😀 Peace x

Off for a run shortly. Had to work yesterday but it was only half a day so not the end of the world. Leg of lamb for tomorrow, bought yesterday.
