Morning all.
I have runned, and done my 50th parkrun this morning - only taken me 7.5 years to get there! Had been hoping for sub-22 but missed it by miles, fastest time on the Cardiff parkrun course this year though.

You're doing better than I am jenny, it's taken me 5 years to get to just 18 Parkruns, although I've volunteered over 60 times which makes up for the lack of parkrunning ;-).

That's partly why it took me a while Flatlander - I used to volunteer more than I ran as I used to hate running 5K I've only volunteered a couple of times this year, so will do a bit more next year.
Enjoy your cauliflower cheese Pikelet

Congratulations jennyh on your 50th.
I have a small bottle of Babycham in the fridge from last Christmas. Never drank Babycham.
We have runned at Corby parkrun. It was a fancy dress spectacular.

Poor cat/owners
We have parkrunned at Pomphrey Hill, and yes there is a hill but not as bad as I was led to believe, just as well as it's 3 laps. We met some very nice Fetchies there, BarefootEm, Ishep and Sheepy, we will see them again tomorrow at Chipping Sodbury. I enjoyed the run and particularly enjoyed setting a new age category for the course
