No rush to log any training, as I've not run since Sunday and don't plan on running either.
I'm saving myself for a fast self-timed slightly drunk 5k tomorrow And then a more laps of TBL on Saturday

Thank you all of you. I run nearly all mile miles alone or with the dog. I have done very little racing or events and have had just the 1500 miles as my ambition for the year. couldn't have done it wtihout your support. You've cheered me along the way, given advice and occasionally laughed at my jokes all of which has helped.
Ive been lucky enough to remain injury free for the whole year, not had any major life events, job moves, house moves, births, deaths or marriages so that has all helped too.
you may of course all be mad axe murderers as ive not met any of you, but i still like to consider you as my friends

You will get the chance next year at Nottingham half marathon (or full if you like) to meet us all Doc.
I'll bring my axe.
I'm still tempted with the idea of having a play what you bring type event. An impromptu band lead by Neilio on the uke.

Last run for 2014 done, 7 miles gets me to 1626 for the year, my highest ever total. Thanks to you all in helping me get out the door at times.
Last thing to do is to get to 1000 pages - crack on folks
