last run of the year.....i have my running gear on ready, just about managed to squeeze into it after two weeks of doing nothing, lets see what happens!!

Moving desk is turning out to be just slightly less irksome iJ but my monitor is not level and keeps falling into an annoying slant.
Off to measure inclination.

Morning! It's a frosty one too here. ❄️❄️❄️❄️
So in preparation for marshalling, today's thermals include: vest, top, pants and ling johns. The long johns are gents so there's an amusing front pocket I don't need 
Hope you have a good run Doc, sounds like nice crunchy one iJono. WW I hope monitor equilibrium is restored shortly.

Before I forget - and there's a good chance of it.
Thanks very much too Wobbler for being at the helm over the past 12 months, the thread is *insert your own comment*.
I'd also like to say a BIG thank you to all of you boys and girls on here, as usual you've been very supportive, funny, talented and sometimes slightly weird - yes you, you know who you are!
Wobbler once said that Fetch is always there if you need it, those words are very true.
Most of us run /train on our own as we set our targets / ambitions for the year and its nice to have some companionship along the way and to celebrate with when things go well and commiserate with when things go a little pear shaped.
so thank you - I hope 2015 brings you everything you hope for and leads you to new adventures as only running can uniquely do.

Lovely stuff Jono. Quite right. 2014 was my 7th year on Fetch. Made a lot of friends and had fantastic support, advice and lots and lots of fun. Here's to 2015 and another year of Fetchie fun! G
