Bob you have no idea what you've let yerself in for :)

Great to see the new place so popular Jono, right man for the job indeed! How's the asthma situ?

I started the year with a hangover, a cold and a heavy dose of CBA. Plan A is 2000 this year, but I'll never get that far without hanging round here.

Didn't realise it was coercion jono - thanks nevertheless! ;) I'm sure you'll do a bang up job. Which is more than can be said for me today, my legs and liver joined forces to stage a mutiny, didn't get out of the door.

3.8 miles logged today at the Blairgowrie Fun Run. Not fast (but faster than I've run recently), but felt great to kick of my 4th year on the 1500 thread :-)
It's good to see new faces and familiar ones on here already!

Is it wrong to have a half a dozen pairs of trainers? It is when I should have another pair delivered tomorrow. To clarify I've had a few of them for years and I've just never thrown them out. I will when the new pair come. I will... I might! But if I do, do I take the laces out just in case I break a lace? Considering I've never broken a lace why do we do that?

Morning all - going to be 0 for me today :( Yesterday's run was about the last thing I did before I too was affected by the bug that has claimed about 80% of the people who were staying at my parents' for Christmas and New Year
