I'm not off the mark yet this year, but should be by tonight. I've been busy making plans to buy a treadmill, after Mrs.Nelly said she wanted one to do a bit of exercise whilst our youngest is in bed... but I am also planning on using it myself to do a few extra miles on the nights she usually goes out

Failed miserably at this last year, so back again for some more.
5 Marathons booked so that's 131miiles taken care of ,just need to stay injury/illness free and may just have a shout.

VJ - keep well.
JE - the new preventative inhaler is working a treat.
8.50 miles for me this morning, ran over to Central park in Birkenhead and did 2 laps - rained, but not cold.
Plenty of time Nelly, its on the 2nd of January.

I'm back for more - managed it last year when running 5 marathons, I suspect it will be a lot more of a challenge this year when I am only planning to do 1, but we'll see.
5.75 dark muddy miles last night
Have joined group, and I see the targets have magically transferred from last year...

Longboat - I'm getting a sense of déjà vu, as if I've read that before somewhere
Flip Flop - I'm at four villages too, although training in December was a little sporadic so not sure what to expect. In fact in a perverse way I'm looking forward to going back to work on Monday so I can get back into my normal training routine!
