I’m definitely at Beginner stage for all of them but part of my reflection is wondering how much I could improve if I stick at it and do these regularly after the Christmas challenge is finished.

A lot is my guess, Alice. We are both starting from a very low base so there's lots of improvement to be made if we do it frequently and properly 👍

Day 11 done. Those pesky side planks are getting harder, I’m convinced of it.

Most other things seem to be getting a bit quicker, if not easier, though, which is emcouraging.

I see my gym are now doing an online 12 days of Christmas live so I will tune in tonight and see what day one brings there as well
