Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

NDWDave wrote:Day 9 & 10 done. Up to date. I’m not going to make a habit of 5 minutes of planks in a day

Day 10 done.

I'm with you on that Dave, but I surprised myself that I managed the planks quite easily the second time round today.

I'm OK with the ones on my elbow and arms. It's the side ones I struggle with. Might be because of my hip.

That was in response to @Autumnleaves comment about planks.

Good deed: I phoned my friend and told her that her daughter with 5 boys could have my raffle prize from the other night - a family fun day at a local swimming pool, valid until the end of June.

Makes sense Ness - are they easier with knees down?

I hadn't thought of that, AL. Will give that a try because the side planks have been really uncomfortable. Perhaps something I should work up to.

Day 10 done. Good deed was sorting out the Christmas gifts for the husband to take round to the neighbours tomorrow.
