Day 6 - only managed 1 set of mountain climbers then got really bad cramp in my leg, so need to have a catch up today.

6 resolutions/targets for 2023 :
1. Finish work on time at least twice a week instead of constantly working late.
2. Run more miles in 2023 than 2022
3. Lose a bit of weight (7lbs 🤞)
4. Get out on my bike this year
5. Do something I’ve never done before (not sure what that will be as yet)
6. Stop buying so many running clothes!

Oh I know those ones but by a different name. I’m out I’m afraid. I think I have covid and feeling pretty awful so there will be minimal chance of catching up. I’ll be cheering you all on though.
