I've just caught up! I had to do 10 burpees as part of my HIIT Pilates so that catches me up with the 4 so far. I've done 3 minutes of wall sitting (they were not consecutive) and my legs hurt, and I did 3 (half) press ups (as I can't do even one full one and I have a dodgy toe! Bring it on tomorrow!

Thanks for the variations of burpees - did the baby ones. Three full press ups as toes not sore today but when they are playing up it will half
