Yep, there are always variations for the 'harder' exercises - Liebling can help me out here as that's always a feature of her exercise class.

HP just reminded me of a kid at school (this is obvs a long time ago) who forged a note to be excused from sport. It said, 'Please excuse Stephen from games, as I have a bad back'
He was not excused.

I’m ok with plank and forearm plank but I’m crap at side plank. I’ll go with variation but hopefully by Christmas Eve I’ll be feeling strong and manage a ‘proper’ one.
