Kind of managed 3 full press ups but the 3rd one was tough. My burpees are woeful, but after that video I have a bit more confidence to try one of the variations rather than trying to do the hardest kind!

Minnie Mince Pie Mad
My Pilates teacher does a variation of burpees for me which is one leg at a time as I have arthritis in my toe joint. We also add in two reverse lunges before the jump. I can reverse lunge on the left but not on the right! Well I can bend at the front but my rear toes are flat on the floor. I focus on core stability instead 😁 #wobbles

3 gruelling Press-Ups
2 dreaded Burpees
And a 1minute Wall-Sit for a fetchie
