I’m done and done in! Fitted in all the nightmare planking between fitting in peeling veg and stuffing the turkey. Thank you Flying Scotsman, so glad I made it this year! Merry Christmas everyone.

Thanks FlyingScotsman I've had to modify the last day because of not going to the gym but have completed 12 similar activities. If the hotel gym I'd open tomorrow I might repeat one more time but do some of the exercises with weights. That'll be an optional extra. It's good to know I'm finished.

Day 12 completed, in my own way. Was going to say used a chair for Dips but it sounded like i'd assaulted a fetchie.

My knees have improved a bit and I hope that this has been the motivation I need to continue. I can now judge a 1 min wall sit by the amount of shaking on the quads.

Thanks FestiveFlyingScotsman for making me do this. ;-)

Day 12 done. Today's wall sit was also a bit shaky. I could also do with practising a few of these more often.
