Excellent jump there JEB!

The timer worked better for this one, and caught me mid spring - though I can definitely say I didn't get anywhere near is much air

My first ever burpee. I can see from this that I need to work on my arm position.

I did the wall-sit afterwards, in true 12 days of Christmas style. It felt less difficult today, maybe because it seemed easier in relation to the double burpee torture :)

I've just remembered that 6 months ago I couldn't put weight on my right hand and wrist enough to hold me in such a position :)

Just discovered this, but I’m in. Don’t worry, I’ll do two separate wall sits today to make up for yesterday. No shirking at the back!
