Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

First run since Sunday and I've done 5 x 800m reps between a 2 mile warm up and a 2 mile cool down.

Oh no Steve, it seems to be everywhere at the moment. Hope you both recover soon.

Nice session FF.

Today was a wee row and some core work. Need to do more of this.

I’m currently sitting in a greasy spoon but walked here 5k so hopefully that will help.
Plus the 5k walk back.
Best wishes Steve it might take a few days to show positive. What a nuisance.

Core is important Lesley I wonder if pruning trees for 2 hours this morning counts 😀
I guess if your shopping does HS it should 😉

Thanks all, so much better today for running. I don't do any strength or core work, I probably should do but I'm lazy at that sort of thing relying on the lifting I do at work.

LL, pruning trees for 2 hours definitely counts as cross training!

Sorry to hear Steve. Hope you won’t be too bad. I’ve had it twice and not suffered too much fingers crossed you’ll be the same. Rest up and get well.
