Donnie 1,I hope that you can sort out your right foot, in time for your Yorkshire Marathon. Your 20 miles next weekend will be a good tester. Well done for your two runs during your holiday.

Well done on that first place age group park run hs. How many times have you been chased by those age grouper women?!!😂
Pity that you've got some concerns about your right foot Donnie1. Would a couple of non running days help? You won't lose much at this stage of training.
A couple of short outings done, 3.2 and 2.4 miles. Weather change today and it was very mild and wet. Not putting in any remarkable distances still but looking ok to reach the 1000 without any bother.

I might let the age grouper ladies catch me one day Steve 🤣

Well done for yesterday's and today's outings. You are well on the way to the 1000 miles target.

This morning was an enjoyable 6.43 miles in the forest with the Sarah's.

Tomorrow I should get to Santiago! The end of this stage of the adventure. I hope to push on the Finistera and Muxia - and I’m trying to ignore the fact that Chicago marathon is very soon and I haven’t done any running for over 5 weeks!

Excuse me barging in. I’ve just exceeded my initial target of 700 miles so I’ve increased to 1000, which is in the possible, if not definite, category

Welcome, CD.

Donnie, yes, I think you are right. Melbourne is on the 13th. Lisbon is on the 6th for MrHsC. I think Lesley has a race around the same time in Scotland but I do not recall the date. Hope the foot issue is nothing serious.

Well done on your first place, HS.

GG, I know the feeling. There is a lot of activity on here.

Steve, well done on the two runs. Your perseverance and hard work will knock off the target with no problems at all.
