Well done on all your runs guys. This week has been a bit busy and tomorrow will be a very busy day at work for me 😞.

Anyway I was RD at Parkrun yesterday so I went for a shorter run early yesterday - nice and easy checking out part of the course too. Saw quite a few deer. I enjoyed the quiet.

Spent yesterday afternoon at our new allotment. It needs lots of work but we are giving it a go. A couple of hours of digging yesterday and I was shattered by evening. I didn't know rhubarb roots would go really deep - spent ages taking them out.

Velociraptor is running Seville so going to keep an eye on it.

How lovely to see the deer Lesley I’ve not managed many woodland runs this year as it’s so muddy it’s quite dicy running. How lovely you have an allotment you’ll get a lot of joy out of that and the wee man will no doubt enjoy it too - my friends had one when their kids were little and they loved growing their own veg.

Working on the allotment is good cross training Lesley. 💪

A solo 6k on roads this morning. The first 2k were in heavy rain, which then stopped and the sun came out.

Boo to heavy rain but well done going out in it.

Went out with Magsy for a little run ended off going further than planned as it was such a fab morning out there.

Postponed my long run today as under the weather opted for the 4 I should have done yesterday. Fetch tells me that’s 15000 miles achieved I didn’t realise that so some good news.
Well done Lesley HS and GG.

Oh! I love rhubarb. Did you leave a little bit?

We’ve been up north seeing the oldest children (Manchester and Leeds) so visited Armley parkrun - running there and back along the canal from the city centre.

Today was a long run with marathon repeats. Why are they always into the headwind?

It's lovely up here today and quite warm. Just a day at home.

Well done on your runs folks. Hope you feel better soon LL.

We moved the rhubarb, well will see if it grows. Where it was growing is where we want to put a bench - it's got a good view. I don't actually like it. There's lots of raspberry canes - I am hoping they will be delicious 😋.
