*confused look* what is a farmer's walk? I just think of the world's strongest man!
Yes Steve I though it would be sensible for a change! I won't gain anything by pushing myself in 28-29 heat better to do a better shorter run daily before work when temperature is sensible

You're about right EvilPixie, hillstrider goes shopping and carries home his shopping and without stopping to ease the weight or have a break. He is the New Forests strongest man.

FF, I had to chuckle at the thought of being the New Forests strongest man 🤣 I suppose it is a type of cross training, because as well as carrying 4 heavy bags of shopping, there is nearly a mile of walking, although only the walk back carrying the bags.

I'm not a rounder upper and 4.7 of intervals for me this morning. I had to go out at 7:30 to avoid the heat as I can't tolerate it at all.
Well done on your 15 EP. River run sounds nice Steve.

Well done on the farmers walk HS.

Argh FF you are naughty!

I will update later & I will blog too - so much to put into words but I had THE BEST TIME EVER.

Just shy of 30m in the most craziest of hot days, very little access to water but read ^^

Out with my pal tonight to stretch the old legs out.
