MrsB you are way above me in the league table, despite your injury, so I wouldn't worry too much about your mileage. Concentrate on your recovery, walking will help you to maintain your fitness.

I ran the isolation 5k virtual challenge again this morning, in very windy conditions. My time was 26.41, which is 15 seconds slower than last week, and a WAVA of 69.12%. During my first mile, a white van driver,or passenger, threw a tin can at me which just missed, but bounced in front of me, nearly tripping me up. It broke my stride, losing my rhythm for a few seconds and cursing. Why are there such idiots around? If I had trodden on the can, I would probably have broken an ankle, fallen and perhaps broken some bones. That would have finished my running career๐Ÿ‘ฟ

cannot believe the stupidity levels of some people.... why!!! sorry to hear hillstrider but glad you are ok.

Nice one Dave... I couldnt do that now even if I wanted to :-)

managed a fastish TT effort today for a virtual parkrun... hardwork at 23:35 (watch) or 23:31 (Strava).... dont understand why there is a difference.... as is downloaded from the watch....

looks like it will be a good month on the mileage as hit 91 today with a week to go....
