Beautiful morning. Obviously I run better later and in the warm, faster 10k than I've managed for a while.

It's a bit crowded on 583 miles at the moment!

Headed out earlier than usual due to the heat but thankfully there was a fair breeze so wasn't too bad at all.

RFJ some of my fastest running happens when I'm not in a good head space! Seeing your doctor sounds like a good plan too x
