Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Welcome TBR , just be aware that now you’ve set your target and have appeared on the league table where you are ... there is quite a reasonable level of “encouragement” let’s call it banter .... 😜 I’ll let you hunt down Mark whilst PF and I creep on behind you in stealth mode 😂😂

Welcome TBR and well done Lesley.

Treadmill for me today as couldn't face going out in that wind. It's my least favourite weather to run in!

I just did walking today. This virtual race across Tennessee has really got me moving and for once I have been sensible! I decided that I could just run a lot more - but being a bit injured already that would be silly, so I am walking... A LOT! Doesn't help with my miles on this list, but I've covered 206 miles on foot this month already.

Welcome TBR 🙂.

Thanks all, as suspected the heart was gone today. Still got quite a bit to do before getting a red one. I knew this year would be lower mileage but I’m happy at the moment.

Lesley, as long as you're happy and I'm sure you'll have that until you've taught the wee one to speak 😂

That was blowy.... 10k where I met MrsMMM at about 4 miles. It's not about the time today. Pleased she's back up to 9k. If only the 10k she's signed up for in July was happening... 😢

Still windy here but did 6 miles on the Greenway after work. Supposed to flying to Liverpool today for the Rock n Roll Half tomorrow 😭.

Rest day tomorrow as working tomorrow too. Have Sunday lunch ordered from a local restaurant and then I'll open some Proscecco to celebrate/drown my sorrows 😬
