Well done for your structured interval session GG.

A rest day today except for the usual Tuesday Farmers Walk.

You’re short one is a longer one for me FF.
Pleased to get out and do about the same with 4 miles of Fartlek intervals.
Well done all.
Great total of park runs Mrs b I only got into them last year when retirement allowed.

Next week will be 130 and planning on going to Bushy.

Yeah sorry Looby Loo I enjoy long runs too much and 5 is short for me. I should be more considerate in my wording because not everyone is able to run the distances I enjoy.

Fenland Flier please say things as they are it’s just a fact.

I’ve entered a marathon in a moment of madness so will be increasing my distances again gradually 😀

Oh exciting LL which marathon? Good luck with the training you are very good at doing training so I'm sure you will get there with the longer runs.

I enjoy long runs just struggle with finding time to do them - something I am going to start re-prioritising.
