(In fact, if I could upload it now (which I can't because my watch wants and ANT stick and some software I am not permitted to install on my work machine!) I'd be at no.1 or 2!)

Like one of the idiots you used to see in the early days of London or the GNR I've momentarily sprinted to the front

in my defense it was accidental, was enjoying it today and missed turnaround point so went a bit further than planned. Short recovery tomorrow, promise ;-)

The wind down here was quite dangerous again this morning so I waited til later to run. And more tomorrow!!

I'm finally on the board with a measly two miles. I still have the lurgy so every step was like wading through treacle.

Back chasing the 1,000 miles this year, suspect with far more chance of reaching it than last year...

On the board and running... :) :) :)

Hello everyone again.

I an going for 1000 miles run and another 1000 cycled. The cycling target should be easy with commute to work as I am already on 24 miles. I am planning on doing at least one half marathon so I am hoping run 1000 miles sooner than last year.

Lesley C, I was really surprised at how good my Inov-8 Terraclaws were on the ice yesterday.
The paths were sheet ice so I moved onto the grass but here there had been standing water and of course it had frozen solid as well so there was only the occasional blade of grass showing through but shoes coped really well and I must admit I had had no concerns at all.
