Welcome Hickerton and see you there. BTW there's a Fetchpoint at mile 22 in case you didn't know.
10 yesterday brings it up to 37. Just seen the forecast - 12 degrees by the middle of the week. Wahoo!

Not running today but because I caught up yesterday I should be able to sneak a bit of a buffer zone in this week so that rest days don't auto atically make me behind.
Have swum and jet pulled ahead on theatre target but that will vanish tomorrow. Hope to get a buffer zone there to by the end of the week.
Now I just needn't get on my bike!!

Am 3 miles behind at the moment but hope to rectify that within the next week or so - marathon training should see to it!

Evangel took a different route, live in Kingswood so got on the cycle track down into town and followed the river through Castlle Green, along Welsh Back past the SS Great Britain down to the last lock gates and then back up the other side..................clear blue skys, a tad chilly but marvellous..............
Have ran the route you mentioned several times doing the Bristol Half, very scenic and at times pretty fast Good luck too with the birthday

signed up for this group earlier today, this will be one of my main targets but outside commitments will have a heavy influence on this...
500 miles & probably 750 miles are SMART targets, 1000 might be just a tad too far but time will tell...
good luck to everyone with thier personal targets/battles this year...

Ooops now 10 miles behind... cant be helped, haven't run properly in a while and so i am suffering a bit after the first week. I think i am gonna have to swallow some rest time and catch up later or end up perpetually injured!
