I did a steady-paced 3.5 miles this morning. Even down here, the strong NW wind was a challenge. I think the time has come when my shorts will have to go into hibernation.
Cracking list....good memories flooding back of adam and the ants .... was his name stuart Goddard? anyway I might actually get to 1000km by the end of the month!I will be well chuffed with this if i can....the injuries iv had this year have been very frustrating.....good running everyone especially to those nearing the 1000mile mark
