10.69 tonight make me up to 26.06 for the year so far. Already more than double my weekly average for last year but nearly 15 miles down on the same week last year.

Parkhopper, it seems that you're just 5 months behind me - then in April you will be officially old like me. Just think about how few of our age are able to run as we do.
Rigel, it depends how closely you work with colleagues, or how sensitive you are, or how powerful your perfume is! Just go in to work feeling very virtuous about your fitness.

Must stop reading this thread. 2 days not running now and I feel that I should be (even though the legs know I shouldn't). 9 miles tomorrow and LSR on Sunday. Must be patient.

9 miles tonight puts me on 31 for the year so far, really cold tonight, never really warmed up all through the run.

8 miles to work this morning for me. Get a nice long run in over the weekend and I'll be back on target.

Careful Penketh Runer - that dreaded manflu stopped me in my runing tracks at the back of last year! Make sure you're well on the mend before venturing outside again - or use a treaddie at the gym and maybe 'donate' your manflu to others!
