I may be on course for 200 for a strong finish to 2024 and a good start for marathon training. Great mileage everyone, getting it done in bad weather. December has been really cold, wet and windy over here. I hope you're recovering well, usc215. I had something similar in July this year, couldn't run at all for 2 weeks and then it took me a couple of months to get back on track. Enjoy the holidays.
