Looks like you've got a good 2025 planned, I've not considered 2025 seriously yet in respect of running. My progress isn't up to what I had hoped (re long COVID). 5k this morning and a mere 2 miles yesterday at least gets me over December 's start line!

People keep telling me it's the taking part that matters.... but I hope the Long Covid naffs off soon and lets you carry on with what you'd like to do. Opening the book on this month (for me) with 5 miles this morning. Mostly in the darkness! I'll add a couple more tonight on the way home from work (also in the darkness!) to being me up to the red line.
