But I've clawed it back over the last couple of weeks, despite having to do some treadmill runs due to icy roads. I would like to thank four episodes of Slow Horses for getting me through the treadmill miles. 😄 Lovely and warm this morning (relatively), though, so outside for 9 miles to get me over the line. 103.1/100

I'm satisfied with this training plan next month I'll use the imperial units of measurement again... and so my goal will finally be to run 100 miles for the first time since June 😅
