I may have been tempted to squeeze a run in being first day of the month but I have a friend visiting at lunchtime and we're travelling tonight. Well done those off the line.

I don't think anything is broken, but there was a lot of blood and I think the bruising will be spectacular. Will have to see whether the cut knits together well enough to run at the weekend. 😐
