62 after a "broken" run this morning. I offered to take a parcel to post, and was then going to run on to work. Instead I realsied I'd left my water bottle at home, so instead posted the parcel, and then went home again, picked up water, and then went to work a different way.

It's very humid still, and I'd started with a jacket on in readiness for the rain. 3/4 of a mile in I shed my jacket, put it in my backpack, and was plenty warm enough because of the humidity. I needed the water though! And...

It didn't rain! Halleljah!

Can't remember when I last checked in, but up to 56.2/100 after a rather humid 4 and a bit easy.
