And to exactly 1,200 miles for the year!! (I'm not sure how that happened - it still only feels like September!) I can sympathise with the tired legs, EP. Mine seem to be mashed from cliff and mud walking at the weekend.

Excellent walking mileage, Fetch and KatieB! I loved walking there when we stayed for Christmas some years ago. I also went swimming at one of the Papagayo beaches. I was a wimp though, wore a shortie!
