3M sure you will get over the line - hope the body is recovered now.
In Sheffield on Uni open day with the eldest son showing the youngest son around so had to miss parkrun - hope to get out later for a run.

74 - did my last parkrun age 52 today(only done 10 this year) and am still faster than my first one from Jan 2006.
Also nicked the big W as nobody fast turned up

82/100 looks like I might get the target again, all being well. It might just be a number but it's the only thing I chase these days and it's kept me going. Bit frustrating still having to run/walk because it takes so much more time to do longer efforts. Despite sensible training my body simply isn't able to return to run/run without unpleasant responses. Yet!
