Only 2.7 but gets me to 40/100 Legs & body in general is feeling great which I’m hoping is a good sign my training was about right. I’ll be stronger next year!

Happy to report Covid comeback going well and could increase the miles slightly this morning.I am just glad I ignore all those new fangled metrics Garmin has and just listen to RHR. 8.8/100 -plenty of time to catch up.
