6.5 easy in the sunshine in the afternoon and then 3.4 recovery with the beginners at night, 9.9 for the day, 118 for the month. Legs fine, no pain, but a bit tired.

4.3 brings me to 54.3/100 slightly ahead but it may not last. Fab run in the woods with my bestie. So glad she’s loving dark trail runs.

Wow, lots of miles being added today! And a scary moment for Gobi, glad to hear you were able to avoid a very nasty incident. Track this evening (with far too many close passes on my bike ride there, it's clearly the day for idiot drivers) to bring up 52.9/100. |

Nasty Gobi, glad you're OK. That is why I will only commute on cycle paths not roads.

Well done on the 100k, Ness! Oh gosh, that almost accident was on a bike, Gobi? I didn't realize that when I read it first. That's really scary! I'm glad you are okay |

Ah, sorry, thought it was cycling. Still glad you're OK, of course! G
