Mud and muddier hills esp being back if the pack and lapped courses does not appeal. I keep saying I’ll go to the training sessions though to build strength. Well done Sprout. Def stay injury free Gobi! Excellent running CasB a casual half and podium finish congrats on the 100. I had thought I might do even a couple of miles today but I don’t think it’s looking likely I do need to prioritise the house and visiting but never say never. I have 14.7m to do I am thinking with a bit of dedication I can possibly do it. Only have 3 days left at work but by then we’re into December I’ll see how it goes. Right back to the to do list!
